399bit accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Visa, Mastercard, USDT TRC20, and SadaPay. 399bit reserves the right to add, remove, or modify accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.
All deposits must be made from a payment account held in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of your account pending investigation. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed on the 399bit Cashier page.
All player balances at 399bit are maintained in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits made via Visa, Mastercard, or USDT TRC20 will be converted to PKR at the applicable exchange rate at the time of the transaction. 399bit does not charge a fee for currency conversion, but your card issuer or payment provider may apply their own charges.
In the event that a deposit fails to appear in your 399bit account within the stated processing timeframe, you should contact 399bit customer support with your transaction reference number. 399bit will investigate and resolve confirmed failed deposits within three business days.
Withdrawals from your 399bit account are available once your account has completed the KYC verification process. Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods previously used to deposit, and to accounts held in your own name. 399bit does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

In cases where fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse is suspected, withdrawals may be withheld pending investigation. 399bit shall notify the Player in writing of any such hold and the estimated duration thereof.
Bonus funds credited to your 399bit account may not be withdrawn until the associated wagering requirement has been fully satisfied. Only the real-money portion of your balance is eligible for withdrawal at any time, subject to the conditions set out in Clause 7 of these Terms.

In the event of a conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general bonus terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

Wagering Note: Different games at 399bit contribute different percentages toward wagering requirement completion. All bonus funds and any associated free spins carry an expiry period, stated in the applicable promotion terms. Any bonus funds and winnings generated from those funds that remain in your account after the expiry date will be automatically removed from your balance without compensation.
399bit reserves the right to withdraw bonus offers, void bonus winnings, and close accounts where it determines, at its sole discretion, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus; using low-risk betting strategies to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk; collusion with other players to exploit promotional terms.
Players may only hold one active bonus at any time on the 399bit platform. If a Player accepts a new bonus while a previous bonus is still active, the previous bonus and any winnings generated from it may be forfeited.

Odds offered on 399bit sports betting markets are subject to change until the bet is confirmed. In the event of a pricing error, 399bit reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. If a sporting event is postponed, cancelled, or not completed within 48 hours of its originally scheduled start time, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to the Player's 399bit account. 399bit offers live in-play betting on selected events. In-play bets are subject to suspension of markets, and 399bit reserves the right to suspend or remove in-play markets at any time. Bets placed after the conclusion of the relevant event period will be voided.
